All you need in order to play to your fans is a PC with reliable Broadband connection, Winamp V5 and a ShoutCast Plug-in and you’re done. Once you have these, you can then purchase a slot on the LiveToAll servers and then send the link via MySpace, e-mail, SMS Txt Message to anyone in the world.
