LiveToAll will provide a ShoutCast sreaming server with the settings stated at the time of ordering for the amount of time purchased. A 30minute setup time will be allocated to each server allowing the customer to start their stream 30mins before the allocated time at theirown risk. During this 30mins, LiveToAll reserve the right to stop, start, restart the server at any time at LiveToAll's discretion. Once the allocated time is over, the server will shutdown and all Listener/Broadcaster connections to the server will be terminated.

If the customer requires additional server time after the allocated time, this must be agreed in writing (via e-mail) with LiveToAll.

Please allow a minimum of 24hrs for the server to be started. LiveToAll servers can be started earlier than 24hrs from time of order but only by requesting this at time of order. LiveToAll cannot guarantee servers to be started within 24hrs of an order being placed.

LiveToAll will not disclose ANY information provided by the customer to LiveToAll to any 3rd parties outside the LiveToAll company. All information supplied (Including Muscial content or information relating to musical content) will be kept in the highest confidence by LiveToAll.

LiveToAll.com declines ANY responsibility with regard to the contents for the stream as regards rights of works (Particularly musical).

LiveToAll.com will not and cannot be held responsible for any user content that is copied, recorded or distrubuted by any listener during a live broadcast through our servers.

Due to the nature of the "Internet" there may be times when access to the server is disrupted due to reasons out of LiveToAll's control. This can be caused by unforseen Network disruption by a 3rd party Network provider or any other means that affects the quality of the stream to the listeners. LiveToAll's failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

If the customer receives complaints from listeners that the broadcast stream keeps jumping or buffering, then the customer must determine wether this is affecting all listeners or just a small minority of listeners. If the problem is affecting all listeners, then the customer must report this to LiveToAll immediately. If it is only affecting a small minority, then this is most likely to be a Network fault out of LiveToAll.com control.

LiveToAll.com will not authorize the stream of content that has reference to obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. If such were the case LiveToAll will reserve the right to shutdown the server and close the account without notice and refunding of the service subscribes.

LiveToAll also declines ANY responsibility for any of the content mentioned above and also for any damage to the customers equipment casued by the use of LiveToAll services.
